There’s so much more happening here in San Antonio than we give it credit for, girl. Sometimes, we just have to look a lil harder, get out of our comfort zones, and try something new.
@upstagecomedylounge is located on the Northeast side and hosts so many different events, which means they have something for everyone. The lounge has a full bar and their R&B bingo nights has food catered for the event too.
This night, the food was catered by @southerngritfood and I tried Chef Drea’s loaded cajun bowl (cajun rice loaded with cajun shrimp). By far one of the best dishes I’ve tasted in a while 😮💨🤌🏾
R&B bingo works like regular bingo, just with r&b hits instead of letters/numbers. This is definitely a solo date night worth trying!

This was the best pottery workshop that I had the honor of attending so I had to put yall on to it too. Whether you have experience or not, @potdaddystudio in ATX is the perfect spot for a solo date. It’s also worth the drive if you live in SATX or another nearby city 🤸🏾♀️✨
Completely engulfed by nature, this studio welcomes wheel throwers of all levels, even those who have never touched a block of clay before in their lives. The instructors are extremely helpful (ours was @horseandsmoke) and there’s absolutely no pressure for your pieces to come out perfect.

Took my first pole class with @northpoleds 2-3 yrs ago and never went back so this was like my very first class all over again. However, this will not be my last. I am probably one of the most out of shape girlies ever. So, I’ll be utilizing my free will and taking up pole fit/choreo (and also getting back into my first love of regular choreographed dancing as well) to change that this yr.

Austin’s Park definitely came in clutch and I still ended up having the best time! There’s SO much to do and you could easily spend the entire day there. From the arcade, bowling, mini golf, laser tag, darts, pool tables, and more! And yes, there’s even a bar & grill and a buffet, girl.
